This is a large (approximately 90m² per floor) Spanish house which has not been lived in for several years and has subsequently fallen into disrepair. This property needs extensive work/reformation (e.g. electrics, walls, roof, kitchen, bathroom) and has been priced in relation to the level of work needed (house price = approximately £24,000). However, once completed it would make a lovely, large, family home or ideal holiday home.
The double wooden front door opens into a large, square hallway where there is a door on the right into a lounge. From the lounge there is an archway leading into a kitchen which features a wood burning fireplace (this kitchen is in need of a refit). The kitchen has another door which takes you out into a passageway, in this passageway there is a large storage cupboard and also a door taking you into a double sized room (possible dining room). This passageway joins back with the hallway.
Stairs lead up from the hallway (where there is a second very large under stairs storage cupboard) to:-
Level One – a landing area where there is are two doors – door 1 takes you into a double bedroom which in turn lead through to a second double bedroom and door 2 to a third double bedroom which leads through to a fourth double bedroom. Off the third bedroom there is a door into another double sized room – this room has a double sink unit installed and could possibly be converted into a bathroom. There is also a door from this possible bathroom taking you out onto a covered upper sun terrace where there are some typical Spanish stone sinks and access to a bathroom comprising of a sink, toilet, bidet and bath with shower over.
Level Two – from the first double bedroom stairs lead up to a very large attic room which is divided into two rooms.
From the end of the passageway there is a door taking you out to a patio area where there are some more typical Spanish stone sinks, two storage areas and an outside toilet. This patio area is walled and has a small raised garden above.
All necessary utilities are connected.
There is even the opportunity here (if you are feeling adventurous) to purchase this house for its land, knock it down completely and start again (subject to all relevant paperwork, permissions, etc.)
